As a family-owned food truck, our passion is bringing people together through fresh, homemade food prepared with quality ingredients and traditional recipes. They chose Argentine cuisine because it represents our heritage, culture, and the meals that have always brought our family together. Every dish is made with pride and a commitment to delivering an authentic experience.
The Jacksonville customer favorites include our handcrafted beef and chicken empanadas, their El Gaucho Steak Sandwiches, our traditional choripán, and our crispy milanesa sandwiches.

As a family business, Paola and Andres are dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
